Evolution's extended boost propellant is the ideal solution for long-range booster and hypersonic applications.

On April 22nd, 2023, Evolution demonstrated the propulsion system's capabilities with a successful launch of the EVO-4 customized test vehicle. The 21.5 ft long, 10.2 inch diameter rocket powered by Evolution's proprietary technology achieved a max velocity of Mach 5.2 and a peak altitude of 124.5 km.

 

By surpassing the Kármán line, Evolution became the ninth privately funded US company to reach space, solidifying its position as a leader in solid rocket motors and hypersonic propulsion systems.
